Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once billed. You may cancel anytime, and you will retain access to the software through the remainder of your current billing cycle.

 

1.3 Annual Subscriptions

 

Annual subscriptions may be eligible for a partial refund if requested within the first 14 days of purchase. After this period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you will retain access until the end of the term.

2. Digital Products (Templates, Courses, Downloads)

 

All digital products (including downloadable files, templates, eBooks, trainings, or courses) are non-refundable due to the immediate and irrevocable nature of access upon purchase.
